464.01 PURPOSE; INTENT.

This chapter is declared necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the general public, and is intended to address a public nuisance created by individuals operating motor vehicles upon the streets and highways of the City. (Ord. 98-16 Passed 4-6-98.)
