462.06    RIDING ON SIDEWALKS.
   (a)   No person shall ride a bicycle upon a sidewalk in the business district, as defined in Section 202.03(3) of the Administration Code.
   (b)   No person over fourteen years of age shall ride a bicycle upon any sidewalk.
