422.06 REGISTERED OWNER PRIMA-FACIE LIABLE FOR ILLEGAL OPERATION.

The fact that a motor vehicle which is illegally operated or parked is registered in the name of the person shall be considered prima-facie proof that such person was in control of the motor vehicle at the time of such violation.
