A licensee shall deposit a certificate of insurance with the License Officer, issued by a company licensed to do business in the State, which shall show that the applicant has secured, and will maintain, public liability insurance with a limit of liability of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for injuries to any one person, or one million dollars ($1,000,000) in any one accident.
