869.18 COMPLIANCE TIMEFRAME.

Any teen dance center which is in existence at the time of the effective date of this section, or any teen dance center which has a completed application on file with the City at the time of the effective date of this section, shall have ninety days in which to come into compliance with the terms of this chapter.
