1050.13 SUBMISSION OF INACCURATE PLANS, ETC.

It shall be unlawful under this chapter for any applicant or other person to knowingly submit any inaccurate plans, plats or other documents to the Executive Director of Water and Sewer or other office involved in the enforcement of this chapter.
