As used in this chapter, "storm water design" shall include the design requirements of all public and private storm water conveyances including but not limited to ditches, storm sewers, and detention facilities. It shall be unlawful to fail to design storm water systems in accordance with the City's "Storm Drainage & Erosion Control Management Design Manual", as adopted by the City, and as amended from time to time. Hereafter, referred to as "Design Manual".
