1630.99 PENALTY.

Any person who owns or operates a structure subject to the provisions of Section 1630.05 shall be subject to the penalties set forth in Section 202.99 for any violation of Section 1630.05, provided that a minimum fine for a conviction for a violation of Section 1630.05 shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00). Ord. 99-40. Passed 8-2-99.)
