1484.20 FILING OF PROPERTY REPORTS NOT TO CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE; UNLAWFUL REPRESENTATIONS.
   The fact that a property report has been filed with the duly constituted authorities of the City shall not be deemed a finding by the City that the property report is true and accurate or that the City has in any way passed upon the merits or given approval to the condominium project. It shall be unlawful to make or cause to be made to a prospective purchaser any representation contrary to the foregoing. It shall likewise be unlawful for any person to make or cause to be made in a property report to a prospective purchaser any statement or representation that is knowingly false or misleading. It shall also be unlawful for anyone to make or cause to be made to any prospective purchaser any representations which differ from statements in the property report or amendments to that report.
