1484.13 BOND REQUIRED.

The developer shall post a bond satisfactory to the duly constituted authorities that all major mechanical systems' repairs for a period of one year from the date control of the condominium project passes to the condominium unit owners shall be performed at the expense of the developer. This shall not include the cost of normal, routine maintenance.
