1484.07 CONTENTS OF PLATS.
   The plat shall be made by a registered Illinois land surveyor and shall set forth the following:
   (a)   All angular and linear data along the exterior boundaries of the parcel;
   (b)   The linear measurements and location, with reference to such exterior boundaries, of the building or buildings located on such parcel; and
   (c)   The certification of an Illinois registered professional engineer, and the owner of the land or his or her duly authorized attorney, to the effect that, to the best of their knowledge and belief, the drainage of surface waters will not be changed by the construction of such development, or any part thereof, or that if such surface water drainage will be changed, adequate provision has been made for the collection and diversion of such surface waters into public areas or drains which the subdivider has a right to use, and that such surface waters will not be deposited on the property of adjoining landowners in such concentrations as may cause damage to the adjoining property because of the construction of the development.
