1484.03 AUTHORITY OF PLANNING COMMISSION AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR.
   (a)   The provisions of this chapter shall be administered by the Planning Commission of the City.
   (b)   The administering officer for this chapter shall be the Community Development Director.
