For the purpose of prescribing minimum standards governing the conditions and maintenance of all property, buildings and structures in the City, that certain document marked and designated as the (2018) International Property Maintenance Code is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the City, save and except for such portions thereof as may be amended or repealed in this chapter, and any prior versions in effect, if any, of same are specifically repealed at this time.
