The water in swimming pools shall show reasonable tolerances as between excess acidity and excess alkalinity at all times when the swimming pool is in use. At all times when the pool is in use, the water shall be sufficiently clear to permit the entire bottom of the pool to be clearly visible from the walkways. The recirculation system pump shall have sufficient capacity to discharge the volume of water required for a twelve-hour turnover of the pool.
