1468.08 OBSTRUCTION OF VISIBILITY AT INTERSECTIONS; SIGNS THAT MISLEAD OR CONFUSE MOTORISTS.
   No sign shall be erected at the intersection of any street in such a manner as to obstruct free and clear vision; nor at any other location where, by reason of the position, shape or color, it may interfere with, obstruct the view of or be confused with any authorized traffic sign, signal or device; or which makes use of the words "STOP," "LOOK," "DRIVE-IN," "DANGER," "SLOW," "CAUTION " or any other word, phrase, symbol or character, in such manner as to interfere with, distract, mislead or confuse traffic, or which otherwise is intended to affect the speed or direction of traffic. The prohibition set forth herein shall not be deemed to apply to City personnel in the placement of approved signage within a public right-of-way.
