1456.16 INCORPORATION OF RELEVANT STATUTORY PROVISIONS; CONFLICTS.

All pertinent and applicable provisions of 65 ILCS 5/11-31-1, as heretofore and hereafter amended, are incorporated herein by reference, subject to the provisions of Section 202.05(b) of the Administration Code and only insofar as that section remains valid and is not otherwise in conflict with this Chapter.
