1456.13 ENFORCEMENT AND INSPECTIONS BY BUILDING COMMISSIONER.

The Building Commissioner shall have the authority and the duty to enforce this chapter, to inspect the exterior and interior of any building and to execute sworn complaints against violators. No person shall prohibit, prevent or interfere with any such inspection.
