1456.08 ACTION BY BUILDING COMMISSIONER.

The Building Commissioner, with the assistance of the Fire Inspector when requested, may make the investigations authorized by the provisions of 425 ILCS 25/9 to 25/9e, with reference to fire hazards, and the Building Commissioner shall enforce such provisions.
