1456.05 VACATION AND REOCCUPATION.

Any placarded dangerous and unsafe building shall be forthwith vacated by all persons, and it shall not be again reoccupied until the defects have been removed, the written approval of the Building Commissioner has been obtained and the placard has been removed.
