1456.03 RESPONSIBILITIES OF OWNERS, OCCUPANTS AND CUSTODIANS.

No person shall maintain or permit the existence of a dangerous and unsafe building. No owner, occupant or person in custody of a dangerous and unsafe building shall permit it to remain in such condition, or occupy such building or permit it to be occupied while it is in such condition.
