(a) Canopies may be constructed of wood or metal, provided that all frames and supports are made of metal.
(b) The lowest portion of an awning shall not be less than eight feet above the level of the sidewalk.
(c) The lowest portion of the canopy shall not be less than nine feet above the level of the sidewalk.
(d) No awning or canopy shall extend beyond a point two feet inside the curb line.
(e) The framework of a canopy shall be designed in compliance with the Building and Housing Code.
(f) Every awning shall be rolled or folded against the building wall except when serving as a protection from sun, rain, snow or other inclement weather.
