1454.03 UNSAFE AND UNLAWFUL INSTALLATIONS.

No person shall erect or maintain a canopy, awning, marquee or street clock which is unsafe or insecure, is a menace to the public or is being maintained in violation of this chapter. The Building Commissioner may cause any such installation which is an immediate peril to persons or property to be removed summarily and without notice.
