1442.19 CANOPY, MARQUEE OR STREET CLOCK PERMITS AND FEES.

(a) Required. No person shall erect or relocate any canopy, marquee or street clock without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Building Commissioner.

(b) Fee. The permit fee for erection of a canopy, marquee or street clock shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).
