1442.18 COMMERCIAL CONTRACTOR LICENSE FEES.
   The fee for a commercial contractor license shall be two hundred twenty dollars ($220.00) which is due on or before January 1. The license applicant shall be responsible for obtaining liability insurance with minimum general liability limits of at least one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. The license applicant shall provide the Building Commissioner with evidence of obtaining such insurance prior to the issuance of a license. This insurance requirement is a continuing requirement for licensure. Failure to maintain insurance shall result in cancellation of the license by the Building Commissioner. License shall be renewed annually for a fee of one hundred ten dollars ($110.00).
