1442.16 MECHANICAL PERMIT FEES.
   Fees for individual mechanical jobs requiring no building permits shall be billed at the following rates.
   (a)   New residential furnace and/or air conditioner - $60.00.
   (b)   New commercial furnace and/or air conditioner - $80.00.
