1442.15 ELECTRICAL PERMIT FEES.
   Fees for individual electrical jobs requiring no building permits shall be billed at the following rates.
   (a)   New service, any amperage - $40.00.
   (b)   Re-wiring, to include new openings or feeder circuits - $40.00.
