1442.14 PLUMBING PERMIT FEES.
   Fees for individual plumbing jobs requiring no building permits shall be billed at the following rates.
   (a)   Water and/or sewer service install - $50.00.
   (b)   Installation of a fixture requiring a water line - $30.00.
