1442.12 REVOCATION OF PERMITS.

The Building Commissioner may revoke any permit obtained by fraud, misrepresentation or in any way contrary to the provisions of this Building and Housing Code, for any material departure from the approved application, plans and drawings or for any violation of this Building and Housing Code.
