1428.07 PERMIT REQUIRED.

A permit is required for the construction, installation, extension or alteration of a boiler, whether it is subject to or exempt from the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Act and Rules and Regulations, or the appurtenant water or steam distribution lines of a boiler.
