1426.11 ISSUANCE OF LICENSE; FEE; EFFECTIVE PERIOD.
   An applicant, having fully complied with the provisions of this chapter, and having successfully passed an examination of the Building Commissioner, shall, upon a favorable recommendation of the Building Commissioner after a review of the applicant's qualifications, as provided for in this chapter, be issued a license under this chapter upon the payment of a license fee of two hundred ninety-four dollars ($294.00) for a period of time expiring on the next succeeding December 31.
