All applicable provisions of the Illinois Plumbing License Law (225 ILCS 320/0.01 et seq.) are incorporated herein by reference, the same as though set forth at length herein, provided that any of the provisions of this chapter which are more restrictive than the provisions of the aforesaid State statute shall apply.
