1422.09 APPRENTICES.

No person shall engage in plumbing as an apprentice unless he or she has registered in accordance with the Illinois Plumbing License Law (225 ILCS 320/0.01 et seq., as amended) as a plumber's apprentice. No plumber shall employ any person as an apprentice who is not so registered.
