1242.01 BUILDING AND DEMOLITION PERMITS.

(a) No permit shall be issued unless the proposed construction, use or demolition is in full compliance with this Zoning Code.

(b) The application procedure and requirements for such building or demolition permit shall be in compliance with the pertinent provisions of the Building and Housing Code.
