The Community Development Director shall notify any owner of land who submits a preliminary or final plat for approval that other laws or regulations, in addition to these Subdivision Regulations, may apply to the proposed development plan, and that any approval of a preliminary or final plat by Council shall be conditioned upon compliance with any other applicable Federal, State or County laws, ordinances, rules or regulations.
