1224.17 REMOVAL OF LANDMARKS.

No person, other than the Public Works Director, or someone authorized by him or her, shall change the location of, or remove, any stake, post or stone placed or set to designate the corner or line of any lot or tract of land, street, alley or sidewalk, or to show the grade of any street, alley or sidewalk.
