1224.16 FEES.

There shall be a filing fee of two-hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) for the preliminary plat. There shall be a filing fee for the final plat, payable on filing, of one hundred dollars ($100.00). Said fees shall be payable to the City of Freeport, Illinois, at the office of the Community Development Director.
