1224.09 IDENTIFICATION OF OWNERS AND SUBDIVIDERS.

On all preliminary plats and plans, on all supplemental or subsequent documents, on all final plats or plans and on all supplemental or subsequent documents, all of the owners and subdividers shall be named, their addresses shall be given and the document shall be signed by an authorized representative of the owner.
