The Official Comprehensive Plan of the City consists of one volume entitled "City of Freeport Comprehensive Plan," which volume contains Sections I through VII plus Appendices, , prepared by RATIO Architects, Inc., 30 West Monroe Street, Suite 500, Chicago, Illinois, dated July 2020, as altered, amended and changed up to September 8, 2020, As used in these Codified Ordinances, the term “Official Plan” or “Comprehensive Plan”, shall be deemed to refer to said Plan.
The Official Map of the City consists of the Map adopted by the City Council on a periodic basis as required by 65 ILCS 5/11-13-19 showing the zoning uses, divisions, restrictions, regulations and classifications as of the end of the preceding calendar year which is kept on file with the City Clerk. As used in these Codified Ordinances, the term “Official Map” shall be deemed to refer to said map.
