1220.13 CONFLICT OF LAWS.

No provisions of this chapter shall be construed as being in conflict with Divisions 12, 13, 14 and 15 of Article 11 of the Illinois Municipal Code. If any such conflict exists, the conflicting provisions of these Codified Ordinances shall be separate and void. All pertinent and applicable provisions of Divisions 12, 13, 14 and 15 of Article 11 of the Illinois Municipal Code, as heretofore or hereafter amended, are incorporated herein by reference.
