1220.11 EXPENDITURES.

The Planning Commission may, upon prior authority from the City Manager, employ necessary help whose salaries and necessary expenses may be provided for by appropriation made by the City Council. The Commission may employ and pay for technical consultation or services upon prior authority from the City Manager.
