1220.07 RECORDS AND REPORTS.
   The Planning Commission shall keep a written record of its proceedings, which shall be open at all times to public inspection, and shall also file an annual report with the City Manager in the month of May, setting forth its transactions and recommendations. Those written proceedings shall be kept and maintained by the Director of Economic and Community Development or his designated representative. In all instances the Commission shall report directly to the City Manager.
