1074.05 INCORPORATION OF APPLICABLE STATUTORY PROVISIONS.

All pertinent and applicable provisions of 65 ILCS 5/11-48-2, as heretofore and hereafter amended, are incorporated herein by reference, subject to the provisions of Section 202.05(b) of the Administration Code.
