1074.02 MAINTENANCE.

The City shall assume the responsibility for and shall maintain the debate site and its improvements. Maintenance shall include the seasonal care of the grass and shrubs thereon, replanting of the same when and if necessary, repair of the protective chains, care of the boulder and plaques thereon and such other items of maintenance and preservation as shall be proper and necessary.
