1072.07 DONATIONS.

Any gift or donation of money, personal property or real estate for the benefit of the Library shall be held and controlled by the Board of Library Trustees, when accepted, with title vesting in said Board, according to the terms of the deed, gift, devise or bequest. Members of the Board shall be held and considered to be special trustees of such property.
