1072.05 PERSONS ENTITLED TO USE LIBRARY.

The Library shall be forever free to the use of the inhabitants of the City, subject to such reasonable rules and regulations as the Board of Library Trustees may adopt. However, the Board may exclude from the use of the Library any and all persons who shall willfully violate the rules and regulations.
