1072.04 DEPOSIT OF FUNDS.

All monies received for the Library shall be deposited in the Treasury of the City to the credit of the Library Fund and shall be kept separate and apart from all other monies of the City. Such fund may be drawn upon by the proper officers of the Library upon the properly authenticated vouchers of the Board of Library Trustees.
