1068.19 INCORPORATION OF APPLICABLE STATUTORY PROVISIONS.

All pertinent and applicable provisions of 65 ILCS 5/11-72-1 et seq. and 5/11-73-1 et seq., as heretofore and hereafter amended, are incorporated herein by reference, subject to the provisions of Section 202.05 (b) of the Administration Code.
