1068.18 VIOLATIONS AS NUISANCES; ABATEMENT.

The maintenance of any tree, plant or shrub within the City in violation of any provision of this chapter is hereby declared to be a nuisance. Such nuisance shall be abated following the procedure set forth in Chapter 658 of the General Offenses Code.
