1068.17 AUTHORITY OF CITY MANAGER OVER ACTS OF THE CITY FORESTER OR FORESTRY COMMISSION.

The City Manager shall have the final authority, after appeal to him or her by a person interested, to change, alter, amend or revoke any decision, order, permit, or other act, of the City Forester or the Forestry Commission.
