1068.09 CONTACT BETWEEN ELECTRIC WIRES AND TREES PROHIBITED.

No person shall knowingly permit electric wires to come in contact with any tree or shrub on public land unless protected by approved methods. No person shall attach any electrical insulation to any tree on public land.
